Implications of Probabilistic Inversion Results for Integrated Trap & HC-Fill Analysis – A Norwegian Sea case

This study demonstrates how incorporation of geology and rock physics information into a probabilistic inversion scheme of seismic AVO data for lithology and fluid significantly reduces key exploration uncertainties even in areas without direct well calibration.
